We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our dynamic dream team of professionals, to provide top-level technical support and solutions to our clients.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a technical expert, diagnosing and resolving complex computer hardware and software issues.
- Lead and coordinate teams in the implementation of computer hardware, software, and network components.
- Communicate effectively with users, staff, and managers.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of computer-related equipment and end-user software.
- Analyze operational problems, investigate solutions, and implement corrective actions.
- Record and report status, teach and assist staff and users.
- Manage projects, provide server support, telecommunications support, and database systems support.
- Enforce security standards.
- How You'll Fit In :
- You will provide crucial support to end users, maximizing the productivity and efficiency of their computer-related equipment and processes.
- As a technical analyst, you will be instrumental in the implementation of computer technology and automation initiatives.
- Education and Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree with 21 semester credits in computer science, data processing, computer information systems, data communications, networking, systems analysis, computer programming, information assurance, IT project management or mathematics.
- Two years of professional experience equivalent to an Information Technology Infrastructure or Programmer / Analyst.
- Alternatively, an associate's degree with 16 semester credits in relevant fields and two years of experience as an application programmer, computer operator, or information technology technician; or two years of experience as an Information Technology Student Assistant may be substituted for the education requirement.
