IT Business Systems Analyst – Automotive Industry
Are you a skilled IT Business Systems Analyst with a strong grasp of both business and IT? A leading automotive company is looking for a professional to manage backend databases, support integrations, and collaborate with dealerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage testing standards, schedules, and operations support.
- Oversee data integrations (API, ETL, Pub/Sub) and third-party vendor support.
- Provide production support for dealership and vehicle data systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams, ensuring smooth system enhancements and deployments.
- Facilitate integration testing and incorporate dealer feedback.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience with vehicle and dealer data systems.
- Automotive OEM and dealership sales/ordering experience.
- Strong technical writing, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Azure DevOps, SOAP UI, XML, and JSON.
- Experience with Oracle (relational) and SOLR (NoSQL) is a plus.
