Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance Business Processes: Employ PlanView and ancillary tools to improve project management and analysis across the organization.
• Insightful Data Analysis: Manage and analyze data to produce comprehensive reports and visualizations using Power BI (or Tableau) that aid in informed business decisions.
• Database Management: Utilize SQL for database queries, as well as data migration and integration across systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with both technical and business teams to grasp their requirements, advocate for their needs, and synchronize expectations with technical possibilities.
• Continuous System Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to further enhance PlanView and associated business systems.
  
  

Required Skills

• Expertise in PlanView: A minimum of 4 years of experience in configuring, analyzing, and administering PlanView or similar project portfolio management tools within an enterprise context.
• Data Visualization Proficiency: Demonstrated ability in using Power BI (or Tableau) to create impactful reports and dashboards.
• Technical Skills: Experience in SQL query writing and database management.
• Agile Methodology Experience: Familiarity with Agile and/or SAFe methodologies.
