Key Responsibilities
- Enhance Business Operations: Employ PlanView and other advanced tools to refine project management processes and troubleshoot issues across the organization.
- Derive Insights from Data: Conduct thorough data analysis and management to produce compelling reports and visualizations utilizing Power BI (or Tableau) to influence strategic business choices.
- Database Management: Execute SQL queries, manage data migrations, and facilitate data integration across various systems.
- Foster Collaboration: Partner with both technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements, advocate for their needs, and ensure alignment between expectations and technical possibilities.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement enhancements to PlanView and other critical business systems.
- Proficient in PlanView: A minimum of 4 years of experience configuring, analyzing, and managing PlanView (or similar project portfolio management tools) within an enterprise environment.
- Data Visualization Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Power BI (or Tableau) for developing insightful reports and dashboards.
- SQL Proficiency: Strong background in writing SQL queries and managing databases.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile and/or SAFe methodologies is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
