The Vendor Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing and managing labor and material vendors nationwide. A successful candidate is cheerful and proactive in sourcing vendors in current and new geographic regions across multiple trades. The Vendor Coordinator must be a motivated, self-started professional, and ready to take their career to the next level.

The Vendor Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing and managing labor and material vendors nationwide. A successful candidate is cheerful and proactive in sourcing vendors in current and new geographic regions across multiple trades. The Vendor Coordinator must be a motivated, self-started professional, and ready to take their career to the next level.
What You’ll Do….
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors nationwide
- Manage subcontractor and supplier communications
- Manage subcontractor onboarding process
- Collaborate with Project Directors, Estimators, and local supply houses to source subcontractors and materials projects based on geographic location
- Maintain subcontractor and supplier information in the company's database
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required
- Associate degree in any related field or three (3) or more years of experience in sourcing and vendor management or a combination of both. Preferably within the construction industry but not required
- Demonstrate experience and skills in vendor management software
- Business and vehicle insurance experience
- Heavy emphasis on sourcing and vendor management
- Attention to detail is a must
- Strong negotiation skills
- Solid judgment along with decision-making skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of municipal permitting processes
