Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Production Technician to join our team at BlueTriton Brands. This is a full-time opportunity that requires working a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production equipment according to company standards.
- Record preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, and production output.
- Adhere to safe work practices, good manufacturing practices, and participate in safe behavior observation programs.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including efficiency, production, and downtime.
- Ensure quality product is sent to customers by completing hourly quality checks.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in clean manufacturing is preferred.
- Able to work the scheduled shift, including start-up and handover meetings.
- Exposure to high-speed production and/or basic maintenance is preferred.
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience.
- Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus.
- Forklift experience is preferred, but we are able to train new associates.
