Job Description
The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Analyst plays a vital role in the success of Primo Brands by collaborating closely with the demand planning team to enhance forecast accuracy and reduce bias in our planning processes. This position is essential for managing the critical business requirements of our IBP System, generating actionable insights for demand planning, and developing capabilities related to overall demand management.
Reporting directly to the IBP Lead and working alongside the demand planning team and key cross-functional partners, this role provides invaluable support for both daily operations and long-term strategic needs. This is an excellent entry-level position that offers exposure to crucial processes, teamwork across functions, and opportunities to drive key capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage essential business requirements to ensure the integrity of the IBP Demand Planning System, including managing realignment rules, data integrity, and facilitating best practices.
- Manage the IBP Demand Planning System as the single point of contact (SPOC).
- Oversee CVC Creation and realignment management, and set up for innovations and promotions.
- Analyze key variables to facilitate Demand Sensing Model adoption and monitor performance.
- Contribute to generating insights that inform action, ensuring their integration into IBP processes across both demand and supply.
- Lead the monthly process to identify obsolete inventory, collaborating with the remarketing sales team.
- Coordinate key IBP processes such as short-term demand allocation, monthly demand moves, and maintaining the integrity of inputs into the IBP System.
