Responsibilities
- Operating, changing over, cleaning, troubleshooting, and completing basic maintenance on production equipment.
- Recording preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, production output, and other key metrics.
- Adhering to safe work practices, good manufacturing practices, and participating in safe behavior observation programs.
- Communicating effectively when issues arise that prevent operating to company standards/procedures.
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including efficiency, production, and downtime.
