Job Description:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Lead Technician to join our team at Marca Technologies. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role in our maintenance department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our maintenance team
- Ensure that all equipment and processes are running smoothly and efficiently
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize productivity
- Collaborate with quality personnel to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or a related field
- Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
