Job Title: Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Primo Brands. This role is responsible for leading the maintenance planning activities, coordinating resources, and executing maintenance plans to ensure asset reliability and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Factory Technical and Operations Teams in optimizing and updating Reliability Centered Maintenance Plans using SAP CMMS.
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of BlueTriton Guiding Principles for Preventive Maintenance.
• Provide planning and execution support for maintenance or project-related downtime events, including breakdown analysis, lubrication program management, and asset register management.
• Request inputs from factory technical teams to ensure planning of work orders is adequate.
• Lead the Annual Zero-Based Maintenance budgeting process and ensure proper roles and responsibilities are understood for analysis, justification, funds request, and reporting.
• Support the factory Technical Competency building program by maintaining training materials and ensuring internal and external compliance.

Requirements:

• High-School Diploma or GED
• Certification in Industrial Maintenance or Project Management (Preferred)
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in maintenance planning or project management
• Advanced knowledge of AMM/CMMS systems (SAP preferred)
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
