Job Overview
As an Operations Supervisor , you will represent ReadyRefresh in our branch and the marketplace, making a lasting positive impression on internal and external customers. Strong communication skills and effective leadership are essential as you guide your team to embody our core values. Your primary focus will be managing route drivers and deliveries, enhancing productivity, and optimizing branch operations to drive success.
Work Hours : Monday through Friday, starting at 6 : 00 AM until route completion, with flexibility based on business needs.
Compensation : Starting annual salary of $59,710, paid bi-weekly.
Location : Melbourne, FL.
