What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing daily cement production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures.
Managing and training production staff to optimize performance.
Monitoring equipment and coordinating maintenance schedules.
Analyzing production data and generating reports for continuous improvement.
