We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Stanwood, MI. As a key member of our manufacturing plant leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production lines and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Participating in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs
- Leading and mentoring a team of maintenance personnel to achieve business objectives
- Collaborating with internal customers and suppliers to resolve technical issues
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with 2 years in a leadership position
- Prior experience in a beverage or food manufacturing environment, with knowledge of quality and regulatory standards
