Responsibilities
- Oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set goals and drive operational excellence.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage plant budgets, including labor, materials, and capital expenditures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plant management or similar leadership roles in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and operational management practices.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in plant management, manufacturing, or operations leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
