Job Description
Factory Location : Hollis, ME
Starting Rate : $24.40 / Hour
Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule : 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 4:00 pm, OT as needed

Order various packaging materials & operating supplies for the three Northeast factories
Create purchase orders in SAP
Communicate orders to vendors including all pertinent information
Work with the AP team and vendors to reconcile and ensure invoice accuracy
Follow up with vendors to ensure proper paperwork is received with incoming load
Monitor purchase orders and ensure on time delivery
Communicate with the Centralized Material Planner to ensure overall region material inventory is adequate and serve as back up to the centralized role.
Be cognizant of material days on hand and order lead time to minimize days on hand at factory
Cross-train in other planning roles
Qualifications
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Effective decision making and leadership skills in communication with internal and external team members
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office proficiency is required, Strong Excel skills; SAP knowledge strongly desired
