Job Description

Factory Location: Hollis, ME

Starting Rate: $24.40 / Hour

Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked

Schedule: 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday

8:00 am - 4:00 pm, OT as needed

• Order various packaging materials & operating supplies for the three Northeast factories
• Create purchase orders in SAP
• Communicate orders to vendors including all pertinent information
• Work with the AP team and vendors to reconcile and ensure invoice accuracy
• Follow up with vendors to ensure proper paperwork is received with incoming load
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure on time delivery
• Communicate with the Centralized Material Planner to ensure overall region material inventory is adequate and serve as back up to the centralized role.
• Be cognizant of material days on hand and order lead time to minimize days on hand at factory
• Cross-train in other planning roles
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Effective decision making and leadership skills in communication with internal and external team members
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office proficiency is required, Strong Excel skills; SAP knowledge strongly desired
