Job Description
BlueTriton is a leading provider of spring and purified water products, and we are seeking a highly skilled Route Service Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our ReadyRefresh Drivers, you will be responsible for delivering smart lifestyle choices to residential, commercial, and retail customers across various communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide premium customer service to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Upsell additional products and services to existing customers to achieve monthly customer acquisition goals.
- Manage account information, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to defined safe work practices and completing DOT required documentation daily.
- Adhere to safety policies, including the prohibited use of electronic devices while driving and reporting any on-the-job incidents or changes in driving status.
- Act as a team player by supporting the team with decisions and helping others when needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Able to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions).
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
- Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
- Able to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather.
- Able to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings.
- Able to lift and carry an average of 250 units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs., using product handling tools as appropriate, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
