Bluewater is seeking a talented Functional Consultant who will play a pivotal role in helping our clients optimize their Learning and Talent Management Systems. As a Functional Consultant, you will be instrumental in post-deployment support, ensuring our clients derive maximum value from their LMS over the long term. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment, constantly encountering new learning opportunities, and leveraging your expertise to drive results for our clients.

Core Responsibilities :

• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing best practice solutions to address their business needs within the LMS platform.
• Conduct thorough gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance system functionality and performance.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of LMS functionality, staying updated on the latest software releases and advancements.
• Provide comprehensive system training to client-side administrators and personnel, empowering them to effectively utilize the Saba platform.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, vendors, and internal Bluewater team members to support various activities and ensure seamless integration and operation of the LMS platform.
• Create and maintain support plans and documentation, keeping Bluewater management informed of project status and deliverables.
• Strategize with businesses and organizations to develop and implement learning and talent strategies aligned with their goals and objectives.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects with varying service offerings, optimizing time management and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Act as a solution-oriented consultant, quickly grasping business scenarios and evaluating the technology implications to drive impactful outcomes.
• Proactively stay up to date on all current software releases.
