Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Test Lead to coordinate and oversee testing activities across multiple projects. You will develop test plans, lead a team of QA engineers, drive UAT testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of software products.

Key Skills:

  • 10 years in software testing, with 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, JMeter)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Expertise in UAT testing and quality assurance processes

Note: Onsite presence in Chicago, IL is required.
