Profile Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Conversational Developer with 7 years of total IT experience, including 2 years focused on GCP / CCAI / Agent Assist solutions. This role requires someone who can be onsite from the start and is ready to contribute to transforming enterprise contact center experiences through cutting-edge AI and cloud-based technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, Agent Desktop, and CCAI Insights.
- Integrate CCaaS platforms with virtual agents and GCP services, ensuring seamless connections to downstream systems.
- Engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
- Contribute to architectural design, effort estimation, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple projects and business domains.
Required Skills & Experience:
7 years in IT, with at least 2 years in Conversational AI development.
Solid understanding of:
- Dialogflow CX
- Agent Assist, Agent Desktop, Insights
- CCaaS and Virtual Agent integrations on Google Cloud
- Google Playbook and Agentic AI
- Google Datastores, LLMs, guardrails, generative fallback, and agent orchestration.
Experience working on CCAI transformation projects
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred:
- Exposure to Google Vertex AI and Gen AI capabilities.
- Agile or project management experience is a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $62.00 - $68.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
