Profile Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Conversational Developer with 7 years of total IT experience, including 2 years focused on Google Cloud Platform / CCAI / Agent Assist solutions. This role requires someone who can be onsite from the start and is ready to contribute to transforming enterprise contact center experiences through cutting-edge AI and cloud-based technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, Agent Desktop, and CCAI Insights.
Integrate CCaaS platforms with virtual agents and Google Cloud Platform services, ensuring seamless connections to downstream systems.
Engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
Contribute to architectural design, effort estimation, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple projects and business domains.
Required Skills & Experience:
7 years in IT, with at least 2 years in Conversational AI development.
Hands-on experience with:
Dialogflow CX
Agent Assist, Agent Desktop, Insights
CCaaS and Virtual Agent integrations on Google Cloud
Solid understanding of:
Google Playbook and Agentic AI
Google Datastores, LLMs, guardrails, generative fallback, and agent orchestration
Experience working on CCAI transformation projects
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred:
Exposure to Google Vertex AI and Gen AI capabilities.
Agile or project management experience is a plus.
