Requirements
A minimum of one year of experience in the restoration industry, preferably in water, fire, or mold mitigation, is essential. Supervisory experience is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook is necessary, as well as a valid driver's license and CDL. Prioritize successfully passing a national criminal background check, motor vehicle report background check, and pre-employment drug screening. Preferred qualifications include previous certifications and IIRC certification, although not required.
