">We are a dynamic and growing company, dedicated to providing exceptional restoration services to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Director to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for estimating, closing sales of, and managing restoration projects. You will work closely with owners and managers of commercial, multifamily, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and residential properties damaged by man-made or natural disasters to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, sales, and project management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals, negotiate and execute contracts on behalf of the company.
- Revenue: Oversee and expedite revenue production in accordance with monthly goals, provide oversight and direction to the Project Manager in production of revenue.
- Profit Margins: Develop and take ownership of the project budget in compliance with target margins, ensure accuracy of the budget and modify it during the course of the project if conditions warrant.
- AR & Collections: Intentional conversations at the beginning of each project outlining the AR process and setting expectations with the customer for collections.
Requirements:
- 5 years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with a proven track record of sales growth.
- Extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience.
- Must be able to attend Business Development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week.
