Job Overview
The Construction Project Director at BluSky Restoration is responsible for supervising and managing restoration projects, ensuring timely completion within budget while maintaining customer satisfaction.
This role requires sales proficiency, estimating expertise, and collaboration with internal teams to drive revenue and project success in various property sectors.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals, negotiate contracts on behalf of the company, selling all services offered by BluSky.
- Revenue: Oversee and expedite revenue production in accordance with monthly goals, work with the project team to ensure timeliness of deposit, progress, and final billings.
- Profit Margins: Develop and take ownership of the project budget in compliance with target margins, ensure accuracy and modify the budget during the course of the project if necessary.
- AR & Collections: Perform weekly collection calls on all accounts, review and understand specific programs for invoicing, payment terms, conditions, and process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in marketing/business development and sales in the restoration or construction industry with a proven track record of sales growth.
- Extensive Construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required, strong knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration required.
