Job Description:
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is a critical role in our organization, responsible for leading restoration projects from start to finish. This includes estimating project costs, negotiating contracts, and overseeing revenue production while collaborating with various teams.
This highly compensated role requires strong sales skills, construction estimating experience, and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Sales: Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals, negotiate and execute contracts on behalf of the company, sell all services that BluSky offers, convert opportunities into sales, track and measure sales and sales opportunities in our CRM and tracking sheets.
- Revenue: Oversee and expedite revenue production in accordance with monthly goals, work with all members of the project team to ensure timeliness of deposit, progress, and final billings, provide oversight and direction to the Project Manager in production of revenue, review and collaborate with Project Team on Project schedules.
