Key Responsibilities

- Sales and Business Development: You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to the development of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Team Management: You will oversee and guide project teams, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Construction Management or related field, 7 years of experience in construction management, sales, and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in project management software, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems, knowledge of construction industry trends, codes, and regulations, and certifications such as OSHA, CPR, and First Aid are a plus.
