About the Role
This drywall and painting professional will work on residential and commercial reconstruction and restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Paint surface areas according to instructions.
- Caulk, putty, cement, and plaster holes and cracks as needed.
- Prepare walls and surfaces for painting.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean worksite.
- Provide excellent customer service and protect job sites.
- Communicate project status and changes with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Be available for on-call emergencies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in painting within restoration or construction (preferred).
- At least 2 years of drywall experience (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to identify hazards and work safely.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Completion of background checks and pre-employment screenings.
