Responsibilities:
- Prepares walls and surfaces for painting by cleaning, repairing, and priming.
- Applies paint to interior and exterior surfaces using various techniques and materials.
- Caulks and fills holes and cracks to create a smooth finish.
- Assists in maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Communicates effectively with project managers, superintendents, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in painting and drywall finishing.
- High school diploma or GED; and at least one year of experience as a construction worker or experience in a related field preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Valid and current driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Successful completion of a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check.
