Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5 years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry with proven track record of sales growth.
- Extensive construction estimating and/or large loss catastrophe experience.
- Must attend business development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week.
- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills.
- Xactimate and estimating software experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Strong knowledge of project management, financial processes, administration required.
- Business ethics, integrity, autonomous environments required.
