Job Duties :
Market and grow relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, facilities managers, and other target audiencesManage 50 ongoing construction and insurance restoration projectsMaintain and manage key accounts / clientsProvide a detailed scope of loss and estimate on construction projects and property insurance lossesPrepare, negotiate, record, communicate and secure approval on the scope of the project with the insurance adjuster and property ownerOversee contracts, job files, estimates, changes orders, certificates of completion and other pertinent paperworkSecure & scan applicable contract(s) and other paperwork into job folderCoordinate financials including invoices, draws and final paymentPrepare documents necessary for mortgage company and escrow accounts & communicate to AdministrationOnce approval received, prepare & communicate to administration when to update and close jobDevelop a vendor network of skilled trades to compliment Paul Davis in-house servicesCreate budgets for Project Manger to follow during the repair processMeet or exceed the project budgetCollaborate with a project manager on producing the job while hitting financial goalsHit or exceed annual sales goal with good marginsAchieve top-rated customer service ratingsMeet / exceed RMS scoring metricsCreate and achieve yearly sales goalsMeet or exceed Customer Service Ratings on all lossesFollow insurance trends in claims and adjusting lossesGrow knowledge of new industry technology, building products, and current building trendsParticipate in networking events to develop referrals and grow Paul Davis' brandAdditional job duties as requestedRequirements

Experience :
1 years' experience in construction and salesBuilding construction knowledge and experience1 years' experience in mentoring, training, and supervising preferredLicenses & Certifications :
Water, Fire & Smoke, Carpet Cleaning, and Applied Structural Drying IICRC Certifications a plusPhysical Demands :
