Job Description
BluSky Restoration seeks a highly skilled Project Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for estimating and closing sales, as well as managing restoration projects from start to finish.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe management. You will work closely with clients and project teams to develop cost estimates and ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:
- 5 years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry
- Extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience
- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
- Xactimate and other estimating software experience preferred
- Social media platforms such as LinkedIn experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration required
- Strong business ethics, integrity, and ability to perform in highly autonomous environments required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to the role preferred
