Key Responsibilities
The Construction Project Director will be responsible for estimating, closing the sale of, and managing restoration projects across various property types affected by disasters. This includes:
- Estimating Proficiency: Accurate sketching of affected areas and use of Matterport technology, Time and Material (T&M) / Xactimate knowledge, ability to estimate a project to fit all target margins per the service provided
- Customer Satisfaction: Consistent weekly communication with all stakeholders (external and internal), setting expectations upfront with the customer, holding teams accountable to provide updates, check in with the customer throughout the project, email communication should have all stakeholders on the thread
