The Construction Project Director at BluSky Restoration oversees and manages restoration projects from estimation to completion, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. This highly compensated position involves working closely with clients and internal teams to address needs post-disaster and maintain effective communication throughout the process.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals, oversee and expedite revenue production, work with the project team to ensure timeliness of deposit, progress, and final billings.
- Profitability: Develop and take ownership of the project budget, ensure accuracy and modify it during the course of the project, seek to improve project profitability by judicious use of vendors, labor, and material suppliers.
- AR & Collections: Intentional conversations at the beginning of each project outlining the AR process, perform weekly collection calls, monitor lien rights, and follow through on assignments.
