- Maintain and keep a professional relationship with sales merchants and merchants, and mediate requested service as necessary.
- Answer phone and emails from assigned sales partners and merchants, and provide solutions to the partner’s problems.
- Lead, motivate, and counsel existing ISOs( to meet or exceed expected sales while maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Hold regularly-scheduled meeting with ISOs to resolve any problems they might have
- Train existing ISOs via webinar on trends that face the industry, as well as new programs and products that UMSI makes available to ISOs.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong dedication to customer service
- Exceptional follow through and attention to detail
- Korean/English or Chinese Bilingual preferred
