#Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 & 2 software and hardware support.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established processes.
Perform root cause analysis, recommend preventive measures, and maintain knowledge and call tracking databases.
Work in a team, sharing information and assisting others.
#Education:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
#Experience:
2 years #ITexperience with #knowledge of #hardware/ #software #troubleshooting.
Complexity:
Intermediate level role with Tier 1 & 2 support of medium to high complexity. May assist junior staff.
