Business Development Representative

We are a fast-growing company with a dynamic team, and we are looking for a driven and highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales force. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, social media, networking, and attending industry events.
- Assess potential clients' needs and budget, qualify leads, and determine their interest in BlytzPay’s solutions.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Develop a strong understanding of BlytzPay’s offering, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate our value prop.
- Work closely with members of the sales team to ensure alignment and support for lead conversion and sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system to track progress and ensure follow-up.
- Meet or exceed lead generation and qualification goals, contributing to the overall sales targets and revenue growth.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the payments, fintech, SaaS, or technology industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and build rapport with potential clients.
- Basic understanding of sales strategies, including lead qualification, prospecting, and objection handling.
- A self-starter who is driven by achieving targets and goals, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with CRM software, email automation tools, and other sales enablement platforms.
