Operations Account Coordinator

BM2 Freight Services, Inc. is searching for a full-time Operations Account Coordinator to work at our Corporate Office in Covington, KY. The Account Coordinator will be expected to assist their Account Representative’s team in the day-to-day operations as they develop, maintain, and grow accounts. The Account Coordinator position is perfect for an aspiring customer sales representative or someone interested in assisting sales for the long term.

Title: Operations Account Coordinator (OAC) 

Reports to: Director of Sales 

Summary/Objective: 

The Operations Account Coordinator (OAC) is a customer and carrier operations role for BM2 Freight. OACs will be expected to complete an in-depth operations training program, highlighting all aspects of the industry and BM2 expectations. Operations Account Coordinators will be expected to assist customer sales personnel in operating accounts and upholding customer service level expectations. OAC’s at BM2 will be solely responsible for updating all customer accounts assigned to them, while providing excellent service to the Account Representative. OAC’s will assist trainees during the check-call process. 

Essential Functions:  

• Provide excellent communication and service to all assigned Account Representatives.  

• Must be able to accurately track carrier’s current positions, provide accurate ETAs for shippers and receivers, confirm refer temperatures, load details, status, loading/unloading times. 

Duties/Responsibilities:  

• Operations Account Coordinators will be responsible for supporting and maintaining communication for all accounts assigned to them.  

• OACs will collaborate with Account Representatives to ensure all accounts are being operated to our customers’ expectations.   

• OACs will be accountable for updating and managing BM2’s internal load board, ensuring all load details are entered, and updated correctly.   

• OACs will ensure excellent Account Representative service and communications, adhering to BM2 operating standards.  

• Performs other duties as requested.  

Required Education and Experience: 

Preferred Education and Experience:  

• Preferred: Microsoft office experience.   

• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Associates degree.

Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
