Position Summary
BME Services LLC is seeking an experienced HVACR Technician with robust installation and service expertise. The ideal candidate will be EPA608 certified, possess a minimum of 5 years of trade experience, and be capable of performing both service and installation tasks. This role requires participation in a rotating on-call schedule to support our customers during emergencies and routine maintenance alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Commissioning :
- Install HVACR systems in commercial and industrial settings, ensuring adherence to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Commission systems, including testing, calibration, and fine-tuning for optimal performance.
- Maintenance & Service :
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVACR equipment.
- Address both scheduled service calls and emergency repair requests efficiently and safely.
- Technical Documentation :
- Accurately document installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Maintain detailed records and service logs in compliance with company standards.
- Safety & Compliance :
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements on every job site.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of materials according to environmental and safety guidelines.
- On-Call Support :
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide timely support for emergency service requests.
