As an Assistant Account Executive at We Are BMF, you will support in researching, building, and executing cross-functional programs and integrated marketing campaigns while collaborating with cross disciplinary teams. You are a proven collaborator who is solution and detail oriented. You are an incredibly self-motivated, curious and high energy individual who can function in a high demand, performance driven environment.
You will support in cultivating and maintaining working relationships with new and existing clients across the agency. Headquartered in Miami or New York you will support cross functional programs and campaigns and provide strategic administrative support to the integrated teams. You will maintain a high level of awareness with our client activities and will assist with the day-to-day internal and external account management and administrative needs. You will learn to craft stories for our world-class clients, earning attention from top-tier media.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Project Support :
- Handling day-to-day support needs and providing necessary information to all internal and external teams
- Compiling and managing relevant agendas and select client specific materials for all weekly internal and external calls and meetings
- Compiling and sending detailed notes and action items from internal and external calls and meetings
- Supporting preliminary PR plan development and campaign activation decks, recaps and case studies for integrated teams
- Conducting preliminary competitive and strategic vertical specific research and audits
- Supporting and attending all internal and client status and project meetings / calls
- Working hand-in-hand with PR and account team members to ensure various project elements are met and delivered on time
- Serve as onsite support for events when required
