Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties including balancing and reconciling hotel transactions
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Provide exceptional guest service and handle guest inquiries and concerns
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and software are a PLUS
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a PLUS
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
