Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises during the night shift
