What You'll Do :
As a Construction Project Engineer for our Big Sky, Montana project, you will :
- Manage Documentation : Oversee the submittal and document engineering process for projects from submittals through warranties and closeout.
- Maintain Logs : Keep RFI logs updated and review all general contractor RFI issuances and updates for potential impact on BMK.
- Support Procurement : Provide detailed coordination and assistance to the procurement team to ensure field personnel have the necessary resources.
- Track Project Changes : Maintain a full set of design drawings, incorporating updates, amendments, CCDs, and other changes for all active projects.
- Assist Cost & Contract Management : Work with cost and contract managers on subcontracts, amendments, insurance, and change orders.
- Organize Job Files : Maintain comprehensive and well-organized files for all project documents.
- Collaborate : Act as a liaison between the project team, general contractors, architects, and developers to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Ensure Quality : Support quality control efforts to meet design specifications and uphold BMK’s craftsmanship standards.
