As a Business Development Director, you will play a vital role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with US-based Japanese subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on cash management and treasury services
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to senior management

Required Skills:

  • 4-6 years of experience in commercial banking, preferably with a focus on Japanese markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proven track record of successful client relationships and business development
