The salary range for this position is $41,715.00 - $55,000.00 per year, with opportunities for performance-based incentives and discretionary bonuses.
Job Description
This role involves delivering exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects, identifying their needs, and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within the branch and with BMO partners to deliver a desired customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with existing customers and prospects to grow loyalty and identify immediate/future opportunities
- Conducting needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions addressing sales and service needs
- Offering clients advice and guidance on available digital and self-serve options
- Supporting customer transactions needs based on customer traffic
- Generating appointments and building new relationships within the community
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Registration to sell investment products completed (as appropriate for the jurisdiction)
- Appropriate lending qualifications and designations
- Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers
