We are currently seeking a skilled Systems Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain client hardware, software, and network equipment
- Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for various systems and network components
- Monitor client systems to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to design and implement network and system upgrades
- Maintain accurate documentation of client systems, configurations, and issue resolution
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a systems technician role or a similar position.
- Understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with managing network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Proficiency in working with cloud-based solutions such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dropbox, Google device management, Apple OS / IOS.
- Conceptional knowledge of cloud infrastructure deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
