What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at BMS CAT?

Essential Functions
- Daily entry of payroll timesheets
- Updates in Restoration Manager
- Note update from the project coordinators
- Fil timesheets by job and providing them to project coordinators for T&M buildups
- Sit in on weekly WIP meetings
- Set up new vendors for BMS CAT
- Complete check requests and employee reimbursements as needed
- Will be trained on how to complete daily deposit
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees
Experience and Skill Requirements
Compensation
We provide fully paid medical insurance for our employees, optional dental and vision insurance, core paid holidays, accrued PTO, a 401 (k) plan and more. Your compensation will vary by experience level. The pay rate will equate between $55,000-$65,000 per year. This can be discussed during the first interview.
