Job Summary

- Manage and execute tax engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base.
- Mentor and train junior staff, promoting their growth and development within the company.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited university.
- CPA certification is strongly desired.
- At least 5 years of experience preparing and reviewing complex business and personal tax returns.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Government Contracting is preferred.
- MBA or MAcc is preferred but not required.
