We are seeking a client-focused individual who values cultivating relationships to join our Tax team as a Tax Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting highly technical reviews on complex tax returns, researching tax issues, and providing recommendations to clients. They will also lead junior level staff on engagement teams, coaching and mentoring or hands-on training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college/university.
- A CPA certification is strongly desired.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience preparing and reviewing complex business and/or personal tax returns, preferably with exposure to various industries.
- Facilitating in-house continuing education and training of junior level staff.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
