Job Description
BMT Aerospace is a well-established and growing aerospace manufacturing machining company seeking experienced CNC Lathe Operators . We offer competitive wages and benefits (includes BCBSM PPO) including a 10% night shift premium. Our clean and air conditioned facility is located in Fraser, Michigan. Pay Starting at $18.00 per hour

Position Summary :
Seeking skilled CNC Lathe Operators to operate CNC Lathes to exacting tolerances and dimensions with minimal supervision. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required :

Requirements :
Language Skills : Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in English.
Reasoning Ability : Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Physical Demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to walk; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 40 pounds.
