BMW of Bridgeport has an opening for a full-time Receptionist/ Administrator. Seeking a self-starter with an upbeat personality who is detail-oriented with a professional appearance and excellent phone etiquette.
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication, customer service, and time management skills. Play a key role in maintaining the store's reputation and image while showing a strong desire to serve our client's needs.
Responsibilities
- Welcome, greet, and assist clients
- Create a premium brand experience for our guests
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries, direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Assist customers in any aspect of conversation in a pleasant and helpful manner
- Perform administrative and other duties as assigned
- Create reports in Microsoft Excel and other systems
- Control flow of customers directing them to the appropriate department or personnel
- Track and organize staff to assist with in store clients
- Be dependable and punctual
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- One-year previous receptionist or customer service experience
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Confident, pleasant, and professional phone voice
- Professional appearance
- Must have Saturday availability
